Responsable de apoyar la gestión administrativa y operativa en la tramitación de créditos hipotecarios dentro del banco. Su función principal es asegurar la correcta recopilación, revisión y procesamiento de la documentación requerida para la formalización y desembolso de los préstamos hipotecarios.

Recepcionar, organizar y revisar la documentación de solicitudes de créditos hipotecarios.

Ingresar y actualizar la información en los sistemas de gestión del banco.

Coordinar con clientes, ejecutivos de cuentas y notarías para obtener la documentación faltante o corregir inconsistencias.

Verificar que la documentación cumpla con las normativas establecidas por la Comisión para el Mercado Financiero (CMF) y las políticas internas del banco.

Gestionar el envío de documentos a notaría y realizar seguimiento de la firma de escrituras.

Coordinar con conservadores de bienes raíces para la inscripción de hipotecas.

Apoyar en la gestión de desembolsos asegurando que los requisitos previos se hayan cumplido correctamente.

Realizar seguimiento a los tiempos de procesamiento y alertar sobre posibles retrasos.

Colaborar con las áreas de ventas, riesgo, legal y operaciones para garantizar una tramitación eficiente de los créditos hipotecarios.

Resolver incidencias operativas bajo la supervisión del líder o supervisor del área.

Asegurar que todos los documentos y procesos cumplan con la normativa vigente del sector financiero.

Mantener registros organizados y actualizados para auditorías internas y externas.

Apoyar en la identificación y corrección de errores en la documentación o en el procesamiento de créditos.

Educación: Técnico en Administración, Finanzas, Contabilidad o carrera afín.

Experiencia: Al menos 1 año en funciones administrativas dentro del sector de financial services, idealmente en el área hipotecaria.

Conocimientos Técnicos:

Procesos de créditos hipotecarios o otros de credito.

Habilidades:

Atención al detalle y capacidad organizativa.

Habilidades de comunicación y atención al cliente.

Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y bajo presión.

Proactividad y orientación a la resolución de problemas.
