In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

Estamos em busca de um(a) profissional com perfil analítico, colaborativo e orientado(a) a resultados para atuar com Dados e Business Intelligence em ambiente administrativo. Ideal para quem deseja aplicar habilidades técnicas em um contexto de melhoria contínua e apoio à tomada de decisão.

Responsabilidades:

Levantamento e análise de requisitos junto aos stakeholders;

Condução de reuniões para alinhamento técnico e de negócios;

Identificação de oportunidades de melhoria em processos e dados;

Apoio na elaboração de relatórios e dashboards gerenciais;

Atuação em equipe multidisciplinar, com forte interação com áreas administrativas.

Bachelor's Degree

Master's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

- Conhecimento básico de SQL para consultas simples e manipulação de dados;

- Power BI – domínio da ferramenta (certificação PL-300 será um diferencial);

- Excel intermediário/avançado (tabelas dinâmicas, fórmulas, gráficos);

- Facilidade em lidar com números, indicadores e grandes volumes de dados.

Competências Comportamentais:

- Boa comunicação e capacidade de articulação;

- Proatividade e interesse em aprender;

- Perfil orientado a processos e foco em soluções;

- Espírito colaborativo e facilidade para trabalhar em equipe.

Formação Acadêmica:

Graduação em Tecnologia da Informação, Engenharias, Administração, Economia, Estatística ou áreas correlatas.

Preferred technical and professional experience

Pós-graduação ou MBA em Dados/BI.
