Your role and responsibilities
This position is located in Montreal Participate in a consulting project or initiative and experience firsthand how we help transform their business Focus on technical, operational, and user needs to co-create solutions that add value Work collaboratively to deliver innovative solutions to clients Develop an understanding of our clients' future goals and processes, then define the necessary steps and cutting-edge technologies to help transform their goals into reality Understand clients' industry, take on new challenges, and discover how their businesses and technology intersect. Required education
High School Diploma/GED
Preferred education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
Ability to understand client needs and challenges, along with a creative and logical approach to identifying solutions. Demonstrated quantitative analysis skills and the ability to formulate recommendations based on data and insights. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines while remaining focused in an environment with conflicting demands. Ability to communicate complex situations clearly and simply by actively listening and conveying difficult messages in a positive manner. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and work effectively with individuals, while strengthening relationships to achieve mutually satisfactory solutions. Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of tools.
