Your role and responsibilities

A Sprinklr Analyst is a professional responsible for managing and optimizing the use of Sprinklr, a social media management and customer experience platform. Their primary focus is on utilizing Sprinklr's tools and features to enhance a company's social media presence, engagement, and customer interactions. The role involves a combination of technical proficiency, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Management:

Administer and configure Sprinklr platform settings to align with the organization's social media goals.

Stay updated on the latest Sprinklr features and functionalities and recommend updates to enhance efficiency.

Data Analysis:

Analyze social media data using Sprinklr analytics tools to derive actionable insights.

Generate reports and dashboards to measure the performance of social media campaigns and activities.

Campaign Execution:

Plan, implement, and manage social media campaigns using Sprinklr tools.

Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure campaigns align with overall business objectives.

Set up and manage Google Marketing Platform and the different aspects of Google Ad campaigns, including Campaign Manager 360, Search Ads 360, Adwords, YouTube, DoubleClick, Floodlight, and Google Display Network among others.

Develop PPC strategies to enhance online visibility and brand awareness.

Lead and optimize display campaigns for multiple devices.

Continuously analyze and optimize ad campaigns for improved performance.

Required education
Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

• Proven experience in social media management, with a focus on Sprinklr.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret social media data.

• Familiarity with social media trends, platforms, and best practices.

• Technical proficiency in using Sprinklr tools and features.

• Understanding of customer experience and engagement strategies

• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in Google Ads and search engine marketing.

• Knowledge of marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics

• Knowledge of GTM (Google Tag Manager) and implementing Google Analytics, FB Pixels and all other marketing pixels using GTM

• Ability to set up and manage ad campaigns on social media channels, such as Meta, X, Instagram, and YouTube among others

Preferred technical and professional experience

· Strong communication skills necessary to lead conversations with the client to understand their Google ad campaign needs and expectations, and tailor solutions accordingly.

· Proficiency in developing and implementing a programmatic ad strategy in DV360.

· Ability to test and adopt new Google ads tools, based on availability and feasibility.
