As the Talent Management Professional, you will play a critical role in supporting this transformation and delivering this mission.
This position will be part of the Early Careers Program Offering team
Orchestrate our Early Career Programs specifically for the US geography
Deploy change management initiatives and core program functions
Be a primary point of contact for logistics “on the ground”
Deliver and promote a highly engaging experience, focused on business unit priorities, through experiential learning and other forms of interaction and engagement
Influence managers, uplines and executives to participate in, support and champion our Early Career Programs
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to enable the above activities
Provide coaching, guidance and support to team members as needed
Create a strong US community of professionals across all our Early Career Programs
