Your role and responsibilities

IBM Talent Management is a world-class Talent function, driving significant transformation in service of delivering value to the business and ensuring our offerings are aligned with IBM’s broader talent strategy. We focus on what matters most, reducing duplication and driving outcomes at scale, while simplifying our operating model and advancing generative AI capabilities. As the Talent Management Professional, you will play a critical role in supporting this transformation and delivering this mission.

This position will be part of the Early Careers Program Offering team

• Orchestrate our Early Career Programs specifically for the US geography

• Deploy change management initiatives and core program functions

• Be a primary point of contact for logistics “on the ground”

• Deliver and promote a highly engaging experience, focused on business unit priorities, through experiential learning and other forms of interaction and engagement

• Influence managers, uplines and executives to participate in, support and champion our Early Career Programs

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to enable the above activities

• Provide coaching, guidance and support to team members as needed

• Create a strong US community of professionals across all our Early Career Programs

Required education

High School Diploma/GED

Preferred education

Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

• Demonstrate critical thinking and problem solving

• Strong organizational and project management

• Experience in facilitation and public speaking

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and have good analytics skills

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Experience in organizational change management

• Domain knowledge

• Experience in offering/program development and implementation

• Demonstrates business acumen

• Competent with technology and tooling (Gen AI)
