Your role and responsibilities

o Lead and manage supply chain planning project delivery efforts

o Independently manage client engagements from origination through successful implementation

o Own and execute all commercial dimensions of a client engagement including proposal development, SOW negotiation, client billing and team utilization management

o Manage, develop and build skills across a team of early professional hires in Supply Chain Planning

o Own and maintain Director, Sr. Director, VP level client relationships

Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Preferred education
Master's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise

o 8+ years of consulting experience leading teams of 5-15 professionals on at least medium complexity/multi-workstream client engagements

o Functional domain skills in multiple of the following areas: Forecasting, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, Inventory Planning, Inventory Replenishment, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE)

o Experience with the following supply chain planning technology solutions: o9, Kinaxis, BlueYonder, OMP

o Cloud, data and analytics skills with the following platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP

o Industry experience and expertise in at least one of following sectors: Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods, Travel & Transportation

o Demonstrated success leading at least three client engagements in supply chain planning

Preferred technical and professional experience

o 10+ years of consulting experience leading teams of 5-15 professionals on at least medium complexity/multi-workstream client engagements

o Functional domain skills in a majority of the following areas: Forecasting, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, Inventory Planning, Inventory Replenishment, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE)

o Experience and certification with multiple of following supply chain planning technology solutions: o9, Kinaxis, BlueYonder, OMP

o Certification with one or more of the following platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP

o Industry experience and expertise in all of following sectors: Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods, Travel & Transportation

o Demonstrated success leading at least five client engagements in supply chain planning

o Demonstrated experience embedding AI into Supply Chain Planning workflows
