Introduction
The Data Scientist role requires a highly analytical individual proficient in Python programming, algorithm，database management, and data science methodologies. You’ll focus on extracting insights from data, developing and implementing machine learning models, managing big data infrastructure, and supporting AI-driven product development.
Your role and responsibilities
1. Responsible for the basic task development of large models: data cleaning, prompt optimization, and evaluation index construction
2. Responsible for basic modules of RAG system: document segmentation/vector retrieval/result enhancement, etc
3. Participated in large-scale model technology research, and wrote technical documents and experimental reports
4. Cooperate with the team to complete model testing, deployment and effect monitoring
Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
1. Bachelor degree or above in computer/mathematics /AI related field
2. Master Python programming, familiar with Pytorch/TensorFlow framework basic operations
3. Understand transformer architecture and have more than 1 NLP project practice
4. Strong interest in ChatGPT/Claude and other large model technologies
5. Clear logic, able to quickly understand the core ideas of the paper (such as Attention mechanism /RLHF)
6. Have data sensitivity and can locate model problems through data analysis
7. Strong self-drive
