【テクニカルサポートエンジニアの役割】
お客様からの日々のお問い合わせに対する技術サポートの提供
一定の基準以上の重篤な障害に対する24時間365日の技術サポートの提供
お問い合わせいただいた問題の再現、ログやトレースの分析、複雑な問題のデバッグを含む分析、トラブルーシューティング
製品の不具合が疑われる場合は、海外の開発部門と協力してお客様へ修正プログラムを提供する
限られた情報を整理・分析し、対応方針を決定し、問題解決をリードし、高い顧客満足を実現する
