Your role and responsibilities

The Senior Cloud Program Manager will have extensive experience in managing complex cloud-based projects and possess a deep understanding of cloud technologies and infrastructure. As a Senior Cloud Program Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction in AWS, Azure, Oracle, and GCP cloud platforms hosted in FedRAMP and FedRAMP+ environments. You will be managing multiple projects and ensuring that they are delivered on-time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of C1 PMO and MSOs.

Anticipated responsibilities may include:

a. Develop and execute project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.

b. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that project milestones are met and that deliverables meet Government requirements.

c. Work with the technical team to implement Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery and Continuous Deployment tools, automated testing, cloud, microservices, and container-based environments.

d. Manage project risks and issues and ensure timely resolution.

e. Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide project updates to stakeholders.

f. Manage the procurement and deployment of cloud infrastructure and services.

g. Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.

h. Develop and maintain relationships with CSPs and vendors.

Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and influences them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.

Required education

Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

Active DoD Secret Clearance required for day 16+ years of experience in project management

4+ years of experience managing cloud-based projects

4+ years of experience working in a DoD or other Federal Government environment

Experience managing projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies (Project Management Professional, Scrum Master, or similar certificates preferred)

Knowledge of security and compliance requirements for cloud-based solutions

Preferred technical and professional experience

Previous experience with the Air Force Cloud One program
Top Secret DoD security clearance

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
