Sufficient years of professional experience as a Business Analyst within a corporate setting.
Methodology Knowledge: Demonstrate a solid understanding of business analysis methodologies including Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
Tool Proficiency: Be proficient in using business analysis tools such as JIRA/Confluence, Mural, Figma, Visio, or MS Office Suite.
Skills: Exhibit exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities. Possess robust verbal and written communication skills, capable of simplifying complex information for non-technical audiences.
In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Your role and responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in analysing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains.
Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering: Collect, document, and analyse business requirements through various means like interviews, surveys, and observations.
Process Improvement: Analyse current and proposed systems, processes, and procedures to propose enhancements and efficiencies.
System Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams to define, design, and implement new systems and applications that align with business objectives.
Data Analysis: Conduct comprehensive data analysis to provide insights supporting strategic decision-making.
Project Alignment: Participate in project teams to ensure alignment of business needs with project goals and deliverables.

- Commercial years experience as a Business Analyst within a corporate setting.
- Track record in delivering technical projects from end to end

- Be involved in the full project lifecycle and have the central role of liaising with people and teams across the wider
organisation, as well as Product Owners, Architects, and Developers within the Integration team. - Providing the development team with user stories that have clear descriptions and acceptance criteria, two sprints ahead.
- Investigating client’s activities, playing a key role by testing systems and providing competitive commercial solutions.
- Enable user-centric design through continuous engagement with end users.
- Supporting the Product Owner and the business to solve their challenges from design to implementation.
