Introduction

About the Role:
We are seeking a Delivery Manager with expertise in Finance & Accounting to lead and support our operations. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of Record to Report (R2R) processes, and experience managing teams that support U.S.-based B2C clients.

Your role and responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Record to Report (R2R) operations, ensuring seamless financial reporting.
  • Oversee critical accounting processes, including Fixed Asset Accounting, General Accounting: Journal Entry creation, parking & posting, Account Reconciliations, Month, Quarter & Year End Close Processes, Reporting and PMO Data Collection.
  • Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies to enhance service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs, Financial & Internal controls.
  • Provide strategic guidance to the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and customer excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Record to Report (R2R), preferably supporting U.S. B2C clients.
  • Proven experience in team management and leadership.
  • Language proficiency: C1+ English (written & spoken) and native Spanish fluency.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Work Schedule & Availability:

  • In-office role, 5 days a week.
  • Must be available to work in shifts covering Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 11 PM EST.
Preferred technical and professional experience

Education & Skills:

  • A relevant degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance or other related fields.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience with ERP, financial software and reconciliation tools (e.g., SAP, MS Excel, Blackline).

Strong project management and process optimization skills.
