In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

* Erstellung von regelmäßigen Forecasts und detaillierten Reports, die als Grundlage für strategische Entscheidungen dienen
* Überwachung wichtiger KPIs (z. B. Mitarbeiterauslastung, Umsätze, Arbeitszeiten) und Ableitung entsprechender Maßnahmen in enger Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung
* Soll- / Ist-Abgleichanalysen von internen KPIs
* Optimierung des operativen Tagesgeschäfts, sowie Steuerung und Überwachung der internen Prozesse für alle Standorte in Deutschland
* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsführung und Führungskräften
* Entwicklung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Reporting- und Analysesystemen
* Analysen zur Mitarbeiterauslastung sowie Ermittlung von zusätzlichen Bedarfen
* Eigenständige Übernahme von strategischen Projekten
* Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Management Meetings

Required technical and professional expertise

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im operativen Management, idealerweise in einem international agierenden Unternehmen
* Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und der Steuerung von Transformationsprozessen, vorzugsweise im agilen Umfeld
* Sehr guter Umgang mit den gängigen Microsoft Office Tools, insbesondere Excel
* Fundierte Kenntnisse im KPI-Management, Reporting und in der Analyse von Unternehmensprozessen
* Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeit und ein verbindliches Auftreten
* Ausgeprägte analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit, datenbasierte Maßnahmen abzuleiten
* Hohes Engagement und kreatives Denken sowie hohe Kommunikationsstärke
* Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

Preferred technical and professional experience

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
