Mandatory Requirements:

  1. Citizenship: Australian citizenship
  2. Security Clearance: You must be willing to apply for and obtain a Baseline security clearance or higher if successful in the role. Existing clearance is desirable, but not required.
Your role and responsibilities

As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and OmniStudio, ensuring adherence to best practices and scalable design principles. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements, providing architectural insights and guiding development teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Your responsibilities will include designing and guiding the architecture of solutions using Salesforce, with a focus on LWC, OmniStudio, and Apex, as well as providing technical leadership, reviewing code, and guiding development teams through complex requirements. You will utilise Design Thinking and work within an Agile environment, leveraging your strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and ability to navigate ambiguity and provide clear architectural direction.

Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
  • Extensive experience (preferably 4+ years) architecting solutions on Salesforce, with a deep understanding of LWC and OmniStudio (Vlocity)
  • Proven ability to design scalable and robust architectures leveraging LWC, Apex, and Salesforce’s data model
  • In-depth knowledge of OmniStudio components such as DataMapper (DataRaptor), OmniScripts, and Integration Procedures
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware
  • Ability to manage complex requirements, guide development teams, and utilize CI/CD pipelines, source control (Git), and release management processes to deliver end-to-end solutions
Preferred technical and professional experience
  • Salesforce Certifications

· Salesforce Certified Solution Architect (B2B or B2C)

· Salesforce Certified System Architect

· Salesforce Omnistudio Consultant

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with ability to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders, and adapt to shifting project priorities and requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with experience working in Agile environments, ability to navigate ambiguity, and provide clear architectural direction and guidance on solution delivery.
