Sr. Financial analyst with over 5 years of experience supporting FP&A processes for mutinational companies.

Your role and responsibilities

Analyze financial data and provide forecasting support.
Providing accurate information to management while ensuring high standards of financial controls and analyzing and interpreting financial data
Organize data into accessible reports and perform various types of analysis using key financial metricts.
Oversee financial functions, such as assessing, auditing, planning, budgeting, taxes, consolidation, cost control and project control
Support forecast, budget and plan cycles for full P&L
Evaluate and analyze capital expenditures, depreciation, proposals, investment opportunities, rate of return, profit plans, operating records, financial statements, etc.
Study a company’s financial data to give advice for guiding business investments and overall financial advice.
Analyze performance, identify areas of risk and opportunity, and make recommendations to finance and business leadership for improvements.

Required technical and professional expertise

Degree:
- Graduate degree in finance or accounting

Experience:
- 5 to 8 years relevant experience in FP&A processes and accounting processes.
- Expert skill set of overall planning & forecasting processes; includes review of planning assumptions, perform complex analysis, partnership with business owners

Skills:
- Advance excel and office management
- Proficient English level
- Strong oral and written skills
- Ability to give effective presentations/Storytelling
- Problem solving and analytical
- Ability to influence stakeholders
- Position 100% base in Guadalajara
- Working in hybrid mode

Preferred technical and professional experience

- SAP and Tableau experience is a plus
