Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll work in our IBM Client Innovation Center (CIC), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world.​ These delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Scope of duties:

• Processing Client Requests: Respond to and process requests from clients related to cash application, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
• Payment Application and Clearing: Apply payments and clear customer accounts in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring that all transactions are properly recorded and updated.
• Ad Hoc Support: Provide additional support to the team leader or manager as required, including preparing reports and completing ad hoc tasks

  Additional Responsibilities:

• Supporting clients with their cash application needs
• Resolving any issues or discrepancies that may arise
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports
• Collaborating with the team to ensure efficient and effective cash application processes
