Our Infrastructure Specialists are responsible for keeping up with these latest and greatest of these changes and using their expertise to deliver solutions that meet the needs of our customers and products.

Your Role and Responsibilities
The System Administrator must provide support to maintain the management of servers and related systems, data storage systems, and data backup systems. Systems administrators are responsible for maintaining system efficiency. Experience in maintaining troubleshooting a wide variety of systems and networks to include high volume/high availability systems. Must have knowledge on a number of debugging protocols and processes. Must be able to troubleshoot problems and issues identified by customers and implement corrective actions quickly.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Engineer robust solutions for large-scale deployment of software using OS deployment technologies such as Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) , Intune and Tachyon.


Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Design and develop Power BI graphical and visualization solutions with business requirement documents and plans for creating interactive dashboards.
  • Creating ad hoc, custom SQL and SQL Reporting Service (SRS) web-based reports on an on-going basis for VA Executive Management.
  • Installing and maintaining SQL Server database systems. Maintaining the database systems includes but is not limited to ensuring successful backups, resolving system issues, opening cases with technical support to resolve issues, monitoring success and failure of automated jobs, monitor system availability, updating system documentation, system, and database recovery, etc
  • Experience in using SQL Server Tools like DTS, Import/Export Wizard, SQL Server Enterprise Manager, SQL Profiler and SQL Query Analyzer.
