Your Role and Responsibilities
Provide Atlassian Suite subject matter expertise for the Federal Hybrid Cloud Transformation team and administer the Atlassian suite of tools on a client engagement. The suite consists of: Jira: Project and Issue Tracking Confluence: DocumentCollaboration BitBucket: Git Code management Bamboo: Integration and ReleaseManagement Crucible: Collaborative Code Review FishEye: Search, Track, and visualizecode changes TestRail: Test Case management (integrated to JIRA)
Responsibilities include the administration, maintenance, and optimization of the Atlassian suite solution, ensuring its seamless operation across the authority.
Install, configure, and maintain Atlassian software and hardware components.
Create and manage user accounts, access levels, and permissions within the Atlassian system.
Monitor system performance, conduct routine audits, and generate reports to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.
Implement security patches, updates, and upgrades to maintain system integrity and prevent vulnerabilities.
Create and maintain integrations with other systems include CNL, PeopleSoft and other WMATA systems.
Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guidelines.
Provide timely technical support and guidance to end-users, security personnel, and stakeholders.
Escalate complex issues to vendors or higher-level support teams when necessary and follow up until resolution.
Recommend and implement improvements, upgrades, and new features to align with evolving security requirements and industry best practices
