Your Role and ResponsibilitiesYou’ll become a trusted go-to expert. You’ll collaborate with colleagues across the Sales team – advising and supporting on client engagements throughout the critically important early phases of the sales cycle, and helping to lead prospects to our award winning cloud solutions
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Accurate Deal Closure Forecasting: Accurately forecast the closure of client deals and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
- Cross-Sell Opportunity Identification: Support the squad in identifying cross-selling opportunities within your territory.
- Collaboration on New Business Campaigns: Collaborate with IBM to activate new business campaigns.
- Use-Case and Proof of Concept Design: Design use-cases and proofs of concept to respond to RFIs (Request for Information) from clients.
- High-Level Value Propositions: Co-create and present high-level value propositions to clients.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Consultative Technology Sales: Demonstrated experience in consultative technology sales for complex use-cases.
- Proficiency in Digital Sales Tools: High proficiency in digital sales tools and techniques.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data for driving business decisions and achieving desired outcomes.
- Competitive and driven to succeed
- Internally motivated and able to exceed quota while working independently
- Technically curious with strong business acumen
- Fearless when it comes to picking up the phone
- At least 2 years of SDR experience at a SaaS company
- Aptitude to learn nuanced messaging and positioning of a mature technology platform
- Working knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, and Groove or another outreach tool

- Automation Market Expertise: Demonstrating expertise in the Automation market and establishing trust as a valued advisor for clients (training on IBM’s Automation offerings will be provided).
