Introduction
watsonx Americas team. As a Band 8 Client Zero Sales Engagement Leader, you will be responsible for creating repeatable assets that demonstrate value to clients by using IBM technology. Your primary objective will be to develop and maintain a library of assets that the sales team can leverage to ensure consistency of message and demonstrated value and ROI to clients looking to purchase watsonx for client zero use cases.

Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a library of sales assets, including case studies, data sheets, sales sheets, and other marketing materials, that demonstrate the value and ROI of watsonx for client zero use cases.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine sales messaging and positioning for client zero use cases.
  • Create and maintain a repository of client success stories, including testimonials, logos, and other client feedback, that can be used to support sales efforts.
  • Work closely with the watsonx product team to stay up-to-date on the latest features and capabilities of watsonx and develop sales assets that showcase these capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to gather feedback and insights on their use cases and pain points, and to identify opportunities for watsonx to add value.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that support sales efforts and drive demand for watsonx client zero use cases..
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely publication of sales assets and other marketing materials.
  • Analyze sales performance data and identify opportunities to improve sales messaging and positioning for client zero use cases.
  • Develop and maintain a library of sales presentations, including presentation templates and scripts, that the sales team can use to engage with clients.


Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, with a focus on creating and delivering sales assets and messaging.
• Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and concise messages that resonate with clients and stakeholders.
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining sales assets, including case studies, data sheets, and sales sheets.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance data and identify opportunities to improve sales messaging and positioning.
• Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce
• Strong team player with excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
• Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, with a focus on creating and delivering sales assets and messaging.
• Certification in a related field, such as HubSpot Inbound Marketing or Google Analytics.
• Experience with watsonx or other IBM technologies.
