Your Role and ResponsibilitiesWebMethods ( Application Integration ) services integration lead is responsible for designing & driving migration of WebMethods services into Technology Expert labs & drive success, while ensuring incoming services align well with IBM’s existing App Integration services offerings. This role will be responsible for mapping 50+ incoming Webmethods services offerings ( across different categories ) into IBM TEL offerings including establishing part/offering structure, ensuring appropriate Q2C process is setup, sales enablement content creation (in partnership with SME’s), and ensuring delivery process is setup to implement signed contracts, and address any post (services) launch problems working with acquisition integration & other teams as appropriate.
This role requires deep understanding of IBM App Integration portfolio & proven experience with designing & launching services offerings within IBM App Integration portfolio aligning with App Integration product roadmap. IBM App Modernization portfolio products & services are expected to evolve with the incoming WebMethods acquisition. Webmethods Services Integration lead will play a crucial role in aligning existing IBM Integration portfolio services offerings and incoming WebMethods services offerings to co-exist & thrive while avoiding any confusion in the field ( eg: SW & Services Sales, Business partners, etc ). And therefore proven experience with IBM Integration portfolio services, customer engagements & hands-on experience with TEL services process & infrastructure is critical to be successful in this role.
