Your Role and Responsibilities
Join the IBM Z Engineering System Test team and continue the IBM tradition of delivering quality products! We are seeking a hardware developer responsible for configuring and testing function of IBM Z products. The successful candidate will be responsible for writing and executing test plans; setting up and configuring hardware; running system workloads; and using automated tools to maximize efficiency.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 3+ years of experience writing and executing test plans
• 3+ years of experience setting up and maintaining Ethernet switches
• 3+ years of experience with RoCE and OSA (OSC 3270, OSC 3215, OSE, OSD)
• 3+ years of experience with IBM Z hardware setup, configuration, and execution

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• 3+ years of experience with Python
• 1+ years of experience with Linux
• 1+ years of experience with zOS
