Your Role and Responsibilities
This role is responsible for performing tasks according to established build and integration procedures,
without supervision (following training and/or certification). A high level of independent judgment and
proficiency is required. People in this role need to possess a broad range of technical expertise and
knowledge as well as an understanding of interdepartmental activities impacting complex integration
workflow. This person possesses an in-depth understanding of IBM and OEM IT hardware to successfully
integrate and build the systems and components and repair.The employee uses judgment in
choosing the task/routine.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- At least 1-year MFG experience, good knowledge and understanding in power and mainframe HW .
- Good knowledge and understanding of MFG processes, logistics, Inventory Control and high-quality deliverables.
- Strong communication, Solid innovation and agile foundations, experience in organizational and administration skills, and easy to work with.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize and balance workload to meet commitments within defined schedules.
- Detail oriented and client focused.
- Flexible, Able to work in changing conditions to meet target deliverables and and ship dates.
