Your Role and Responsibilities
This position provides the opportunity to work as part of the Expert Labs organization where you gain critical problem resolution skills while working with a team of experts to help resolve complex software and integration problems for our worldwide customers. This is a customer facing role that specializes in performing technical expertise-driven proactive guidance, consulting and troubleshooting to help clients achieve business outcomes. You will analyze customer requirements and assist with technical solutions on different projects using different on-prem and cloud technologies. In addition, the role will have a strong focus on growing skills in IBM growth strategy and vision of guiding customers on the AI Journey with Cognos Analytics and Watsonx technologies.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • 5 Years minimum Cognos Analytics experience
  • Analyze technical requirements and recommend solutions
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills


Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • IBM Certified Developer – Cognos Analytics
  • IBM Certified Cognos Administrator
