Your Role and Responsibilities
This role is in support of Supply /Demand Planning. The candidate will be the SME of Kinaxis RapidResponse implementations and enhancement for the planning team

Your Role and Responsibilities
This role is in support of Supply /Demand Planning. The candidate will be the SME of Kinaxis RapidResponse implementations and enhancement for the planning team
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Participate and perform the following role related to end-to-end business processes using RapidResponse platform:
- Good knowledge RapidResponse
- Refine and review Technical changes on RR tool
- RR tool knowledge on resources like workbooks, Automation Tasks, Forms and Scripts, Dashboards and Widgets (Workbook/Dashboard creation)
- Adhere to best coding practices (authoring notes and comments)
- Support training and mentoring of new team members
- Basic domain knowledge of Demand Planning, Supply Planning and Inventory planning
- Coordinate with the Supply chain and CIO teams as needed, to resolve user issues.
- Good Programming skills with adequate knowledge on SQL/DB2 programming
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- English fluent
- +3 years in IT functional role, preferably in Supply Chain
- +3 years using Kinaxis RapidResponse, Analytics, and Scripting
- Experience in supply chain
- Superior analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to dive in and quickly understand root cause and identify scalable solutions
- Capability to operate in a fast-paced and complex industry.
- Strong presentation and communication skills (oral and written)
- Proficiency Excel
- Familiarity with Agile methodology
- Excellent business judgment
- Good to have

- Hands on experience on Demand Planning, Statistical Forecasting,
