Your Role and Responsibilities
This position is expected to provide expert advice to end users on existing financial processes and determine requirements for developing new financial processes. This position requires strong organization and communication skills and knowledge of SAP financial functional areas, especially the Asset Management (AM) module. This position will work directly with end users and Tier 3 to resolve production issues.

This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret Security clearance or higher.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 10+ years of SAP experience
  • 5+ years of experience designing, configuring, and supporting business processes in SAP AM
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a recognized technical, engineering, scientific, managerial, business, or other discipline related to area of expertise. An additional 4 years of relevant experience may be substituted for Bachelor’s Degree.


Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Knowledge of and experience with DoD and specifically Navy ERP
  • Familiar with Navy and/or DoD IT architectures
  • Federal experience
  • Experience in post go-live production support and break/fix
  • Experience in the software development lifecycle in a Tier 2 environment surrounding requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, documentation, test (unit, functional, integration, regression, stress, and user acceptance), implementation, and post production support of standard and custom business solutions supporting various SAP modules
