Your Role and Responsibilities
The IBM Learning Portfolio Manager will lead the development and execution of innovative learning products to drive product adoption as well as drive growth in IBM Learning revenue. This role will have the responsibility of defining and executing growth strategies for the IBM Learning business which includes revenue generation from digital training, expert-led training, and skills advisory services; as well as ecosystem growth through Global Training Partners (GTPs), Business Partners (BPs), and MOOCs (Coursera, Edx, etc.). This role involves working with internal stakeholders, customers, and our learning services ecosystem.

Responsibilities include:

•Manage the planning and creation of IBM Learning products for a specific brand – Decide WHAT to build; WHY to build it and HOW to build it

•Relentlessly drive product discovery and delivery to bring innovative and high-demand learning offerings to market

•Perform data-driven prioritization of the development of learning roadmaps to drive product adoption and drive growth in IBM Learning revenue

•Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

•Defines a comprehensive routes to market strategy with clear objectives aligned to business outcomes

•Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

•Work directly with the Learning content development teams to prioritize the creation of learning content

•Leads a brand-specific team in continuous collaboration to define, build, sell and deliver new and existing learning products

•Communicate regularly across all learning teams

•Communicate regularly with IBM Sellers & Expert Labs Sellers

•Communicate regularly with IBM Learning Global Training Providers to solicit feedback as well as communicate new learning offerings

Objectives:

•Achieve financial objectives measured by revenue growth and maintaining a GP of 40% or higher

•Increase Product adoption

•Decrease support tickets

•Increase NPS

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Ability to direct people across a matrixed organization

Communication skills – ability to communicate to clearly communicate complex thoughts

Ability to develop innovative solutions that can advance the IBM Learning mission

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Brand technical knowledge (Automation, Data & AI, Security, Sustainability)
