Your Role and ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will develop Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) from scratch, collaborate with team members and contribute/present at Agile/SAFe ceremonies. You must have good understanding of SAP SDLC method and have experience with SAP DevSecOps processes and tools; and developed System Engineering Management Plan (SEMP) document.
You will collaborate with teams to identify innovation opportunities, then work with project and/or Project Management to plan out and execute against agreed upon plan. This role also involves evaluating performance results and recommending changes affecting project growth and success. In this role, you will function as both a functional and technical expert across multiple project assignments. You may also supervise others.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise - 9+ years experience in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) with DevSecOps process re-engineering principles, practices and methodologies including integrating security into the SDLC and automating security processes to develop a hybrid model.
- Experience leading roadmap development efforts.
- Experience developing an SDLC from scratch.
- Knowledge of and experience with SAP Activate SDLC model.
- Project Management experience.
- Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments.
- Proven ability to collaborate with and influence others.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or Information Technology. 4 years of experience in a comparable assignment on an enterprise business system may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
- Must be able to clear a DoD clearance.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- SAP S/4 HANA experience.
- Experience supporting and/or leading Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives.
- Knowledge of and experience with Navy and/or DoD IT architectures, processes, tools/methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience with implementation of Enterprise Business Systems including Requirements Management, Design & Development, Enterprise Architecture, Interface Management, Integration, Verification & Validation, Transition, Configuration Management, Change & Release Management, Test Management, Project & Portfolio Management, Training and Documentation Management.
