Your Role and Responsibilities
The role is required to handle / understand complex
transactions (platform exceptions), develop and implement innovative process initiatives, deploy leading edge solutions which match their client’s tactical and strategic requirements.
Helps to organize and communicate business information.
Gather, organize, verify, and process data from clients or sales.
Conduct research and derive insights from data to provide
suggestions for business improvements and help the company reach its goals.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Customer Service, Data Entry, Quality Standards, Process Improvements, Patience, Excellent Interpersonal Preferred expertise : Excellent Organizational, Troubleshooting, Analytical Skills
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Prior Collections with AR Background preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Self-motivated and extremely goal-oriented Team Player Professional demeanor
