In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting FutureNow Centers, where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

As a Package Consultant: SAP BTM, you will advise clients on the strategy, design, and execution of Business Transformation Management (BTM) initiatives using SAP's BTM suite. You will support end-to-end transformation by combining process intelligence, architecture visibility, and digital adoption to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Drive Process Optimization: Drive process discovery and optimization with SAP Signavio, aligning business processes with strategic objectives to achieve operational excellence.

• Align IT Architecture: Align IT architecture and business strategy using LeanIX, ensuring seamless integration and effective technology utilization.

• Enhance User Adoption: Enhance user adoption and change management through WalkMe, facilitating smooth transitions and maximizing ROI on technology investments.

• Deliver Measurable Outcomes: Combine process intelligence, architecture visibility, and digital adoption to deliver measurable business outcomes, meeting client needs and expectations.

• Support Transformation Initiatives: Support end-to-end transformation initiatives, leveraging SAP's BTM suite to drive business growth and success.

• Process Optimization Expertise: Experience with driving process discovery and optimization using SAP Signavio, with a focus on aligning business processes with strategic objectives to achieve operational excellence.

• IT Architecture Alignment: Experience in aligning IT architecture and business strategy using LeanIX, ensuring seamless integration and effective technology utilization.

• Digital Adoption Enhancement: Experience with enhancing user adoption and change management through WalkMe, facilitating smooth transitions and maximizing ROI on technology investments.

• Business Outcome Delivery: Experience in combining process intelligence, architecture visibility, and digital adoption to deliver measurable business outcomes, meeting client needs and expectations.

• Transformation Initiative Leadership: Experience leading and supporting end-to-end transformation initiatives, leveraging SAP's BTM suite to drive business growth and success.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Process Intelligence Knowledge: Experience with process intelligence concepts and tools, including process mining and analysis, to inform business transformation initiatives.

• Digital Adoption Expertise: Experience with digital adoption platforms and methodologies, including change management and user enablement, to drive successful technology adoption.

• Enterprise Architecture Familiarity: Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks and tools, including IT architecture alignment and technology roadmapping, to support business strategy development.
