In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting FutureNow Centers, where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

As a Package Consultant: SAP NextGen Manufacturing, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring SAP NextGen Manufacturing solutions for clients across various industries. You will work closely with clients to understand their manufacturing requirements and design, implement, and deliver SAP NextGen Manufacturing solutions that meet their needs.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Design SAP NextGen Manufacturing Solutions: Analyze business requirements and design SAP NextGen Manufacturing solutions for clients, ensuring that solutions meet their manufacturing needs and optimize operations.

• Implement SAP NextGen Manufacturing Modules: Configure and implement SAP NextGen Manufacturing modules, including industry-specific functionality such as SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing and SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud.

• Develop Client Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their manufacturing needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.

• Deliver Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients on SAP NextGen Manufacturing solutions, ensuring they can effectively utilize the solutions to improve their manufacturing operations.

• Stay Current with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and SAP product developments to ensure solution relevance and competitiveness.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Experience with SAP NextGen Manufacturing: Proven experience in designing, implementing, and configuring SAP NextGen Manufacturing solutions for clients across various industries, with a strong understanding of industry-specific functionality.

• SAP Module Implementation: Experience in configuring and implementing SAP NextGen Manufacturing modules, including SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing and SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud.

• Manufacturing Operations Knowledge: Experience in analyzing business requirements and designing solutions that optimize manufacturing operations, improve product quality, and increase efficiency.

• Client Relationship Management: Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their manufacturing needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.

• Industry Trend Awareness: Experience in staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and SAP product developments to ensure solution relevance and competitiveness.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• SAP Product Knowledge: Exposure to SAP products and technologies, including SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing and SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
