In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting FutureNow Centers, where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

Senior Process Analyst - Procure to Pay (P2P)

Responsible for invoice processing, vendor master management, query resolution, indexing, and invoice reconciliation. Must be flexible to work in shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update vendor master data.
  • Process and verify PO and non-PO invoices.
  • Resolve invoice and payment issues with stakeholders.
  • Record payment and expense entries accurately.
  • Manage travel and expense claims, payments, and reconciliations.
  • Handle vendor statement reconciliation queries.
  • Ensure compliance with client SLAs and timelines.

Senior Process Analyst – Order to Cash (O2C)

Responsible for managing Accounts Receivable, cash application, payment processing, reconciliations, customer master data, and credit management. Drives process improvements, automation, and compliance with SLAs. Requires business-level Japanese proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and reconcile customer payments and cash receipts.
  • Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and unapplied cash.
  • Perform account, journal, and Sales vs. Payment reconciliations.
  • Maintain customer master data and support credit management activities.
  • Monitor customer accounts, dunning, and credit exposure.
  • Manage payment allocation, settlement, and SAP transaction records.
  • Drive automation, process improvements, and touchless cash settlement.
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs, internal controls, and audit requirements.

· Commerce graduate with a minimum of 3-6 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
· Experience in invoice and vendor management along with resolving queries, and Invoice reconciliation.
· Proven work knowledge to manage payment reporting and reconciliation activities.
· Knowledge and hands on experience in SAP S4 Hana
· Good Excel skills required

· Commerce graduate, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
· 3-6 years of experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C), Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, or Credit Management.
· Strong understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, and payment processing.
· Experience managing cash application metrics and driving operational improvements.
· Proven expertise in automation, process optimization, and account analysis.
