Your role and responsibilities

In this role you will join IBM Consulting via our world-class Associate Program for university hires. As an AI Associate, you will work with IBM Consulting teams to help clients identify, design, build, and deploy AI and Generative AI solutions that address real business problems.

As an AI Associate, you are not expected to be an AI expert from day one. You will work closely with experienced consultants, AI engineers, data scientists, architects, and client teams while continuously developing your technical and consulting capabilities. You will be expected to understand business requirements, work with data, use AI/ML technologies to build practical solutions, and contribute to the implementation and operation of AI services.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• AI Solution Development :Python 및 AI/ML Framework를 활용하여 데이터 처리, 모델 개발, 테스트 및 결과 분석을 수행합니다.

• Generative AI / LLM Application Development : 고객의 문서, 지식, 상품정보, 업무자료 등 다양한 데이터를 활용하여 LLM 기반 Application을 구축하는 업무를 지원하기 위해 외부 데이터를 LLM과 연결하는 AI Application 개발에 참여하고 Prompt Engineering 기반으로 LLM의 응답 품질과 정확도를 개선합니다. - Hallucinaion, 일관성 등

• Data Preparation and Analysis : 외부 데이터를 LLM과 연결하는 AI Application 개발에 참여하기 위해 Python, SQL 등을 활용하여 데이터를 조회, 가공, 분석하고, 의미있는 패턴이나 Insight를 도출해 AI Solution 개발에 활용합니다.

• AI Model Development and Testing : AI 모델의 학습, 테스트 및 성능평가 과정에 참여하고, 모델 성능을 개선하기 위해 데이터, Parameter 및 알고리즘을 변경하면서 실험합니다 - Accuracy, Precision, Recall, F1 Score 등 기본적인 모델 평가 지표 활용

• AI Solution Integration : AI/ML 및 Generative AI Solution을 Cloud (AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud 등) 및 기존 IT 시스템과 연결하는 Integration 업무에 참여하고, 실제 DevOps Toolchain을 활용하여 AI Application의 개발 및 배포 과정에 참여합니다.

• AI Agent and Automation : LLM, Tools, APIs 및 Enterprise Data를 연결하여 업무를 수행하는 AI Agent 구현 업무에 참여합니다 - AI Agent 또는 AI Automation을 통해 use case 발굴, 개선안 발굴

• Client Project and Consulting Support : AI 기술을 잘 모르는 고객에게도 AI Solution의 개념과 활용 방법을 이해하기 쉽게 설명할 수 있도록 프로젝트 진행상황, 테스트 결과, 분석 결과 및 기술적인 이슈를 문서화합니다.

• Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence 또는 관련 전공자

• Artificial Intelligence 및 Machine Learning의 기본 개념을 이해하고 Neural Network및 주요 Machine Learning 알고리즘에 대한 이해가 있으신 분

• Generative AI 및 Large Language Model(LLM)의 기본 개념에 대한 이해하고, 실제 Prompt Engineering을 활용해보셨거나 LLM API를 활용해보신 경험이 있으신 분

• RAG(Retrieval-Augmented Generation)의 기본 개념에 대한 이해가 있으신 분

• 환경 및 언어 : Jupyter Notebook, Python, Pandas, NumPy, SQL, Github

• AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud 등 Cloud Computing에 대한 기본적인 이해가 있으신 분

• (우대) AI / Machine Learning / Data Science 관련 프로젝트 또는 연구 경험이 있으신 분

• (우대) AI 관련 자격증 또는 AWS/Azure/IBM Cloud 관련 자격증 보유하신 분

• 논리적으로 문제를 분석하고 해결하는 능력이 있으신 분

• 새로운 AI 기술을 빠르게 학습하고 실제 업무에 적용할 수 있는 분

• 기술적인 내용을 문서화하고 다른 사람에게 설명할 수 있는 분

• 다양한 직무의 팀원 및 고객과 협업할 수 있는 커뮤니케이션 능력

• 공인 영어 시험 성적 보유자 (점수 제한 없음, 이력서 내 기재 필수)
