In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting FutureNow Centers, where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

As a seasoned Security Consultant specializing in Identity & Access Management (IAM) services, you help organizations navigate the complexities of identity lifecycle management within their enterprise. By leveraging commercially available IAM tools and technologies, you enable clients to streamline their identity management systems and bolster security.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Design Identity Management Systems: Create secure and streamlined identity management systems for organizations, utilizing IAM tools such as ISIM/ISAM, Cloud Identity, Okta, Sailpoint, and MS Entra to provide Single Sign-On (SSO) and manage user identities effectively.

• Develop Automation Scripts: Craft scripts to automate the provisioning and migration of identities across diverse environments, including Cloud, OT, IoT, and enterprise IT, ensuring seamless integration and minimizing manual errors.

• Implement Directory Services: Apply expertise in directory services like TDI and AD to ensure robust identity management, and employ hands-on experience with SAML, OAuth, and scripting to enhance security and efficiency.

• Deliver Solution Expertise: Provide expert guidance on IAM solutions, collaborating with clients to understand their unique needs and develop tailored identity management strategies that meet their business objectives.

• Deep Expertise in Identity & Access Management: Proven experience in designing and implementing secure identity management systems, utilizing commercially available IAM tools such as ISIM/ISAM, Cloud Identity, Okta, Sailpoint, and MS Entra.

• Proficiency in Directory Services: Hands-on experience with directory services like TDI and AD, as well as expertise in SAML, OAuth, and scripting, enabling seamless integration and enhanced security.

• Advanced Scripting Skills: Experience in developing scripts to automate the provisioning and migration of identities across diverse environments, including Cloud, OT, IoT, and enterprise IT.

• Solution Implementation Expertise: Proven ability to implement IAM solutions, providing expert guidance and collaborating with clients to develop tailored identity management strategies that meet their business objectives.

• Technical Leadership: Experience in leading the design and implementation of identity management systems, ensuring robust security and efficiency in identity lifecycle management.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Advanced Identity Management Tools: Experience with emerging IAM tools and technologies, enhancing Single Sign-On (SSO) capabilities and user identity management.

• Multi-Environment Scripting: Proficiency in scripting for various environments, including Cloud, OT, IoT, and enterprise IT, streamlining identity provisioning and migration.

• Expert Solution Development: Deep understanding of IAM solution development, enabling tailored identity management strategies that meet business objectives.
