Après une formation spécifique à la practice SAP, et une première approche des techniques du consulting, vous prendrez par, suivant le niveau d'avancement du projet, par à une ou plusieurs phases d'un projet client

Phases de cadrage

Phases d'analyse de l'existant (données et processus) et définition du stade final et des étapes intermédiaires

Suivi et accompagnement de projet, en respect avec les délais et étapes imparties

Accompagnement des phases d'accompagnement du changement

Surveillance et contrôle des performances attendues et réalisées, tests et correctifs

Mesure de la réussite et planification de l'amélioration continue

Your role and responsibilities

Ce poste consiste à implémenter et configurer des solutions SAP HANA FIN FI pour les clients.

Le titulaire agit en tant qu'expert, travaillant directement avec eux pour fournir des résultats de haute qualité et des conseils avisés, grâce à une connaissance approfondie du système et/ou une expérience pratique de celui-ci.

Il se concentre sur la compréhension et l'analyse des besoins métiers, la conception et la configuration des solutions, et la garantie de la réussite des projets.

Il utilise sa connaissance du secteur et de l'entreprise, des processus métiers et son expertise technico-fonctionnelle pour intégrer efficacement les solutions technologiques standardisées, afin de répondre aux attentes des clients.

Les principaux objectifs sont les suivants :

* Orientation stratégique des solutions : Concevoir, développer et implémenter des solutions simples, performantes et maintenables, répondant aux besoins des clients.

* Prestation de solutions complètes : Participer à la stratégie et/ou au développement et à l'implémentation des solutions, en tirant parti de son expertise dans ce domaine et en utilisant les technologies les plus récentes.

* Collaboration et esprit d'équipe : Incarner les valeurs fondamentales d'IBM dans l'atteinte des objectifs des projets, afin d'instaurer un climat de confiance avec les clients et les membres de l'équipe, en privilégiant le savoir, la conscience de soi, le respect, une communication claire, l'inclusion, la curiosité et l'innovation dans toutes les interactions.

Master's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise

• Diplomé d'un Master 2 (école d’ingénieurs agrées CTI ou de commerce / grade de master) avec une spécialisation en finance

• Bilingue français/anglais (écrit et oral), (niveau C1 minimum)

• Une première expéreince en stage avec les solutions ERP, SAP en particulier sera valorisée

• Connaissance des fondamentaux de l’intelligence artificielle générative et intérêt pour les technologies émergentes.

• Esprit curieux, proactif et collaboratif, prêt(e) à relever des défis complexes et à travailler en équipe
