Your role and responsibilities

As a Technical Consultant specializing in AIOps, you play a crucial role in driving digital transformation and achieving operational excellence. This role leverages AI and ML techniques to streamline IT operations and generate measurable business value.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Design Tailored AIOps Solutions: Engage with clients to assess their infrastructure and operational challenges, designing customized AIOps solutions to address their specific needs. This involves analyzing their current IT operations and identifying areas for improvement.

• Implement AIOps Platforms: Set up and configure AIOps platforms to analyze large volumes of operational data, providing insights that inform optimization strategies.

• Optimize Monitoring and Alerting Systems: Use data-driven insights to refine monitoring and alerting systems, ensuring clients achieve greater reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency in their IT operations.

• Apply AI and ML Techniques: Utilize natural language understanding (NLU), machine learning (ML), and natural language processing (NLP) techniques to extract action phrases, delivering more effective next-best actions and accelerating time to resolution.

• Deliver Performance Optimization: Focus on continuous improvement, helping clients achieve optimal performance and efficiency in their IT operations.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Experience with AIOps Platforms: Proven experience in implementing and configuring AIOps platforms to analyze large volumes of operational data and inform optimization strategies.

• AI and ML Techniques Expertise: Experience in utilizing natural language understanding (NLU), machine learning (ML), and natural language processing (NLP) techniques to extract action phrases and deliver more effective next-best actions.

• Programming Language Proficiency: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, with the ability to apply programming skills to streamline IT operations and generate measurable business value.

• IT Service Management Knowledge: Experience with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL, with certifications being advantageous.

• Cloud Platform Familiarity: Familiarity with cloud platforms, including certifications, to support the design and implementation of AIOps solutions.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Certifications in ITIL or DevOps: Holding certifications in ITIL, DevOps, or cloud platforms is advantageous, demonstrating expertise in IT service management and cloud computing.

• Strong Communication Skills: Possessing strong communication skills is beneficial, enabling effective collaboration with clients and stakeholders to understand their infrastructure and operational challenges.

• Proficiency in Cloud Platforms: Having proficiency in cloud platforms is desirable, supporting the design and implementation of AIOps solutions that leverage cloud-based technologies.
