In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
• Administer the telecom knowledge‑base platform, ensuring system reliability, performance, and availability
• Manage user roles, permissions, configuration settings, and system workflows
• Maintain system integrity by ensuring version control, metadata accuracy, tagging structures, and article taxonomy
• Work closely with IT, vendors, and KM leaders to implement updates, releases, and enhancements
• Troubleshoot system issues and serve as technical support for KB users
• Develop dashboards, reporting solutions, and usage analytics
• Identify system issues related to data quality, content structures, or user access, and resolve proactively
• Participate in defining system requirements for new capabilities or tools
• Provide training and documentation for system functionality and best practices
• Ensure compliance with telecom security, privacy, and data‑governance standards
Educational Qualifications Include:
Required:
• BA/BS degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field
Preferred:
• Advanced degree or professional certification in systems administration, data management, or IT
Job Skills and Behaviors Include:
Required Minimum Skills:
• Strong technical aptitude with experience managing content management systems or enterprise tools
• Intermediate understanding of reporting, databases, and statistical analysis
• Strong cognitive skills including analysis, problem solving, and decision making
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
• Effective interpersonal skills
• Strong PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Ability to troubleshoot unusual or complex system issues
Preferred Behaviors:

• Able to build relationships with business leaders and IT teams
Preferred Experience:
• Experience with SQL, MS Access, or enterprise CMS platforms
• Telecom or contact center system‑administration experience
