Introduction

'- Perform ticket triage (user error, master data fixes, training gaps, or cross-team dependencies)

- Diagnose and resolve system defects, integration errors, and module-specific glitches for uninterrupted system performance

- Maintain and troubleshoot global SuccessFactors Employee Central and Talent solution (multi-country data, localization)

- Execute configuration updates (business rules, workflows, MDF/FO objects) with proper documentation

- Support Onboarding, Performance cycles, and Compensation planning, including issue resolution and cycle readiness

- Maintain BIB data replication configuration, support changes, add on of new countries with no impact to existing data

- Monitor and resolve integration, replication, and data consistency issues within SuccessFactos and across systems

- Support SAP releases, HRSP updates, and instance refresh activities, including regression testing

- Assess and communicate end-to-end impact of system changes across modules and integrations

- Support UT, SIT, and UAT, including design and execution of positive & negative test cases

- Develop and support reporting - Canvas, Table, Story, Dashboard

- Skills to prepare functional specs for techincal team to develop custom integrations, must be able to include all relevant test cases. Suggestion on development for to ease support.

In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting FutureNow Centers, where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

Experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant responsible for providing ongoing production support, troubleshooting, and enhancements across Employee Central and Talent modules (Onboarding 2.0, Performance, Compensation, LMS) in a global, multi-country environment. Hands on experience with SuccessFactors configuration and knowledge of product features is a must. Role focus is to ensures system stability, data integrity, and continuous improvement aligned with business needs.

Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise

- Strong hands-on Employee Central configuration (Data Models, MDF, Business Rules, RBP, Latest People Profile, Story Reporting, Transport Tool)

- Experience with integrations (Integration Center)

- Understanding of end-to-end data flows within SuccessFactors and with S4

- Solid testing & release management experience (UT/SIT/UAT, impact analysis, SAP releases)

- Strong knowledge of Talent modules (Onboarding 2.0, Performance, Compensation, LMS, Recruiting) & Reporting

- Expertise in data replication using BIB

- Proven production support & troubleshooting experience (ticket resolution, defect diagnosis, integration/data issue handling)

- SAP SuccessFactors Certifications

- Ability to present the issue with root cause, fix, impacts

- Strong communication to engage with team, leadership and stakeholders

- S4 HCM knowledge of infotypes, configuration

- Must be proficient in problem-solving and gap analysis skills

- Excellent communication and documentation skills

Preferred technical and professional experience

- Payroll knowledge to support data replication

- SF API's

- SAP BTP/CPI to support integrations
