In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities
  • Atuar de forma autônoma na definição e evolução da arquitetura de soluções ponta a ponta para plataformas de atendimento ao cliente habilitadas por Inteligência Artificial, garantindo escalabilidade, eficiência operacional e alinhamento aos objetivos de negócio.
  • Traduzir requisitos de negócio e experiência do usuário em arquiteturas técnicas robustas, envolvendo IA Conversacional, GenAI, RAG, integrações corporativas, APIs, dados e infraestrutura.
  • Liderar a concepção, desenho e validação de soluções cognitivas, aplicando conhecimento técnico e funcional sólido para resolver problemas complexos e impulsionar resultados de negócio.
  • Garantir a aderência aos requisitos não funcionais (NFRs), padrões arquiteturais, governança, segurança, observabilidade e melhores práticas de engenharia.
  • Atuar como referência técnica junto a times multidisciplinares, promovendo alinhamento entre áreas de negócio, produto, engenharia, dados e operações.
  • Conduzir análises técnicas, revisões de arquitetura e avaliações de viabilidade, identificando riscos, dependências e oportunidades de melhoria contínua.
  • Apoiar a definição de roadmaps tecnológicos e a evolução das capacidades de IA, contribuindo para a inovação e modernização dos serviços digitais.
  • Monitorar indicadores de desempenho da solução e propor otimizações que aumentem a qualidade, eficiência, automação e satisfação dos clientes.
  • Tomar decisões arquiteturais dentro do escopo estabelecido com alto grau de autonomia, utilizando julgamento técnico consistente para garantir excelência na entrega e geração de valor.

Responsabilidades

  • Ser responsável pela arquitetura de domínios definidos ou de soluções de complexidade moderada, seguindo diretrizes arquiteturais amplas.
  • Traduzir necessidades de negócio em desenhos de solução que contemplem APIs, integrações, dados, componentes de IA e infraestrutura.
  • Garantir o atendimento aos requisitos não funcionais (NFRs), à governança e ao alinhamento da implementação entre as equipes de engenharia.
  • Apoiar revisões de design, planejamento de roadmap e documentação arquitetural, atuando com autonomia.

Qualificações Requeridas

  • Experiência prática comprovada em arquitetura de soluções ponta a ponta para plataformas de atendimento ao cliente habilitadas por IA.
  • Conhecimento sólido em arquitetura de soluções, requisitos não funcionais (NFRs), integrações e arquiteturas de IA Generativa (GenAI) e RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
  • Capacidade de trabalhar com autonomia moderada, definir prioridades de forma eficaz e gerenciar a qualidade da execução de ponta a ponta.
  • Fortes habilidades de comunicação e experiência na colaboração com stakeholders técnicos e não técnicos em ambientes ágeis.
