As a Visual Designer, you will communicate intent and meaning through visual experiences to incite understanding and action from people. You will leverage your skills to translate functions and information into emotionally compelling and desirable experiences.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Design for User Resonance: Leverage research insights to create visual experiences that resonate with users and the market, harmonizing user and market insights with the brand's design language.
• Develop Visual Formats: Transform structural information into visual formats that make data accessible and actionable, utilizing strategic use of color, tone, layout, composition, imagery, typography, interactions, and motion.
• Ensure Visual Consistency: Maintain visual consistency and unity in the overall experience and the brand's philosophy, designing for accessibility to accommodate diverse audiences.
• Create Compelling Imagery: Bring ideas to life through compelling imagery and visual representations, communicating effectively through visual elements.
• Balance Brand and User Needs: Balance the needs of the brand and users, creating experiences that meet both business goals and user needs.
• Exposure to Visual Design Principles: Familiarity with leveraging research insights to inform design decisions and creating visual experiences that resonate with users and the market.
• Understanding of Visual Formats: Knowledge of transforming structural information into visual formats that make data accessible and actionable, including the strategic use of color, tone, layout, composition, imagery, typography, interactions, and motion.
• Experience with Design Tools: Proficiency in using design tools to create compelling imagery and visual representations that bring ideas to life.
• Familiarity with Accessibility Design: Understanding of designing for accessibility to accommodate diverse audiences and maintaining visual consistency and unity in the overall experience and the brand's philosophy.
• Exposure to Brand Design Language: Familiarity with harmonizing user and market insights with the brand's design language to create cohesive visual experiences.
• Advanced Design Tools: Proficiency in using specialized design software to enhance visual design capabilities, such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar tools, to create complex and detailed designs.
• Motion Graphics Knowledge: Familiarity with motion graphics principles and tools, such as Adobe After Effects, Blender, or similar software, to create dynamic and engaging visual experiences.
• Front-end Development Basics: Basic understanding of front-end development principles, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, to facilitate collaboration with developers and ensure seamless design implementation.
