Your role and responsibilities

As a Brand Technical Specialist for AI products and Platform, you will act as a technical specialist to IBM clients and sellers by architecting solutions and delivering Proofs of Technology for various AI products. This role involves collaborating with clients and sellers to design and implement tailored solutions.

AI and Solution Architecture professional with experience designing, demonstrating, and implementing enterprise AI solutions across the IBM and Red Hat ecosystem. Skilled in collaborating with clients, business stakeholders, and sales teams to architect scalable solutions, deliver Proofs of Technology (PoTs), and accelerate AI adoption. Experienced with Red Hat AI, OpenShift AI, IBM watsonx portfolio, automation, analytics, and Generative AI technologies to drive business outcomes and digital transformation.

  • Designed and delivered end-to-end solution architectures leveraging OpenShift , Red Hat AI, IBM watsonx.ai, IBM watsonx Code Assistant, IBM watsonx Orchestrate, and IBM Business Analytics Enterprise to address client business and technical requirements.
  • Partnered with clients, architects, and sales teams to identify business challenges, define solution strategies, and recommend AI-driven approaches that align with organizational goals.

Deliver Solution Architectures: Design and deliver solution architectures for AI products, including Red Hat AI , watsonx Code Assistant, watsonx Orchestrate, and Business Analytics Enterprise, to meet client needs and drive business outcomes.

Conduct Proofs of Technology: Develop and deliver Proofs of Technology for AI products to demonstrate their capabilities and value to clients.

Provide Technical Consultation: Act as a technical consultant to clients and sellers, providing expert guidance on AI product implementation and integration.

Collaborate with Clients and Sellers: Work closely with clients and sellers to understand their needs and design solutions that meet their requirements.

Implement AI Solutions: Apply technical expertise to implement AI solutions, including Gen AI, to drive business results.

  • AI Product Expertise: Experience working with AI and enterprise platforms, including Red Hat OpenShift, Red Hat OpenShift AI, IBM watsonx.ai, IBM watsonx Code Assistant, IBM watsonx Orchestrate, and IBM Business Analytics Enterprise. Skilled in designing and delivering scalable solution architectures that align with business and technical requirements.
  • Technical Consulting & Advisory: Experience providing technical consultation and guidance to clients, partners, and sales teams on AI and Generative AI adoption, implementation strategies, integration approaches, and best practices.
  • Solution Architecture & Design: Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders to design, present, and deliver tailored AI solution architectures that address business challenges and support digital transformation initiatives.
  • Proof of Technology (PoT) Development: Experience developing and delivering Proofs of Technology (PoTs), Proofs of Concept (PoCs), and technical demonstrations to showcase AI product capabilities, validate use cases, and articulate business value.
  • AI Solution Implementation: Hands-on experience applying AI, automation, and analytics technologies to implement enterprise solutions that improve operational efficiency, accelerate innovation, and drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Generative AI & Automation: Knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI assistants, intelligent automation, and AI governance, with the ability to translate business requirements into practical AI-powered solutions.
Preferred technical and professional experience
  • I Product Expertise: Strong exposure to AI and Generative AI products, with experience across IBM and Red Hat ecosystems. Proven expertise in designing and delivering comprehensive solution architectures that align with business and technical requirements. Holds relevant AI/Generative AI professional certifications.
  • Solution Architecture & Technology Delivery: Demonstrated ability to architect, implement, and showcase end-to-end technology solutions, including Proofs of Technology (PoTs), Proofs of Concept (PoCs), and enterprise-scale deployments.
  • Analytics & Data Skills: Experience with analytics platforms and tools, including Business Analytics Enterprise solutions. Skilled in leveraging analytics capabilities to support AI initiatives, develop technology demonstrations, and drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Generative AI & Innovation: Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI use cases, AI governance, and enterprise AI adoption strategies, with the ability to translate business challenges into practical AI solutions.
