Introduction

The L&K Portfolio Delivery Lead will manage centralized, worldwide Geo/GIC learning consultants and some elements of delivery support for the WW Portfolio education delivery planning and execution to address skill gaps that support business priorities across Geos/GIC. This role grows
strong relationships with Business Leaders and their teams to be a credible, trusted, and accountable advisor to solution and drive Portfolio Learning education programs aligned to the broader Portfolio Learning Strategy. Key responsibilities include managing WW quarterly planning and execution,
ensuring financial oversight of Geo/GIC allocated budgets (coordinating with Geo/GIC L&K Leads), driving WW strategic deployment of priority initiatives and frameworks, and providing coaching and performance feedback for the team. The role collaborates with the Portfolio Development Lead, the
L&K Geo/GIC teams, L&K Shared Services team and the Faculty Shared Service team to provide end-to-end education delivery solutions that meet Geo skills requirements while leveraging common, Global curriculum (and accommodating Geo/GIC-specific needs that are included in the worldwide
prioritization process).

Your role and responsibilities
  • Develop learning deployment strategies that align with organizational goals and anticipate future skill requirements. Ensure that learning deployment initiatives support the overall business strategy and contribute to achieving business objectives and outcomes.
  • Partner with Global and Geo business leaders, as well as other key stakeholders, to understand business strategies and associated skills plans and ensure learning deployment (in conjunction with L&K Geo / GIC leads).
  • Partner with L&K Shared Services Leads to ensure adequate Learning Consultant, Learning Deployment Manager, Event Manager, Virtual Moderator, and Faculty capacity for approved learning requests.
  • Develop education delivery strategies that will align with business priorities in every Geo/GIC while driving efficiency and consistency.
  • Work with Geo L&K Leads to collect geo-specific learning requirements and develop L&K education delivery plans.
  • Solution and design WW education deployment roll-out plans for any new programs
  • Design, implement, and manage WW education deployment frameworks that drive efficiencies and cost savings for programs across Geos/GIC.
  • Develop quarterly WW Portfolio education plans for sign-off by senior stakeholders and L&K Geo/GIC teams.
  • Collaborate with other Portfolio Delivery Leads, L&K Geos and cross-functional L&K portfolio teams to plan and deliver integrated education plans for skill-gap results within budget.
  • Ensure quarterly budget management by Geo/GIC Learning Consultants for execution on plans versus aligned Portfolio allocations, interlock and communicate regularly with Geo/GIC Leads on budgets.
  • Oversee the functional design of reporting by Learning Consultants to support the Global and Geo requirements.
  • Assess and report on the global progress of strategic programs prioritized by both stakeholders and the L&K Geos/GIC.
  • Governance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with governance processes, track updates, and maintain accurate records in EPD and other reporting systems.

  • Proven track record executing complex education deployment programs
  • Subject Matter Expertise in the respective Service Line/PPD portfolio in order to engage senior business leaders and co-solution education delivery programs
  • Extensive experience delivering education programs across traditional, virtual, and connected classroom environments
  • Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders
  • Experience deploying education solutions across both global and Geo L&K education delivery
  • Proven program management skills in complex environments, ensuring successful execution and alignment with organizational goals
  • Ability to collaborate across a multi-dimensional matrix, working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Experience in evaluating, coaching, and supporting learning consultants to plan and deliver high-quality education programs
  • Culturally aware with the ability to adapt to and navigate diverse environments and markets
  • Proven ability with data analysis supporting tactical and operational decision-making
  • Fluent in English
Preferred technical and professional experience
  • Proven experience managing a shared service function and/or working in a complex, matrixed environment and driving operational efficiency.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a global role, including people management.
  • Proven ability to influence and build effective relationships with L&K Global/Geos and senior business leaders.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong facilitation experience.
  • Experience deploying education solutions across both global and Geo L&K education delivery.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Extensive experience working in cross-cultural, global, and virtual environments.
  • Ability to keep multiple projects moving forward in parallel while maintaining focus on key objectives.
  • Familiarity with L&K education delivery processes, systems, and tools.
  • Good understanding of IBM Consulting and other Gen AI tools
