In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

operations and large recruitment campaigns for Fortune 500 companies.
A Business Insights Specialist responsible for turning data into actionable insights that drive strategic business
decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, analyze business performance, and
support the company’s growth objectives through data-driven recommendations.
Responsibilities:
1. Data Analysis and Reporting
• Analyze large datasets to identify key business trends and patterns.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor business performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data accuracy, inconsistencies, and report generation
to ensure reliable and high-quality outputs.
• Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
2. Automation
• Design and implement automation solutions using VBA, Power Automate, and other relevant
tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Develop macros and scripts to automate repetitive data analysis and reporting tasks.
• Monitor and maintain automation processes to ensure accuracy, reliability, and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and recommend suitable
tools and approaches.
3. Project Management and Continuous Improvement Initiatives
• Identify gaps in the process and drive and/or participate in continuous improvement initiatives
by leveraging business operations and recruitment expertise.
• Assist the account team in communications, customer interactions, business development, and
provide insights to maximize success in these interactions.
At least 2 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Reporting Specialist, Business Operations Specialist, or 3
years’ experience in Recruitment.
At least 4 years’ experience with MS Office, MS Access, PowerPoint, and Excel, including the ability to work
with pivot tables, manipulate data, and format data.
Fluency in English
At least 3 years’ experience in all facets of the business development process, which includes financial,
industry insights and consultative selling skills that can be applied to opportunities across the business unit.
At least 1 year of database development or administration experience
At least 1 year of Visual Basic experience
Familiarity with PowerBI, Power Query, Power Automate and other automation tools
BA/BS
