Your role and responsibilities

As a Process Delivery Specialist: Talent Acquisition Optimization, you will manage daily transactions related to the client's Talent Acquisition processes and functions within agreed timeframes. You will support the client's strategic goals and operations by applying your knowledge of HR/TA processes to optimize business process support. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Manage Daily Transactions: Manage daily transactions related to the client's Talent Acquisition processes and functions within agreed timeframes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services. • Optimize Business Process Support: Apply knowledge of HR/TA processes to optimize business process support, identifying and implementing process improvements to meet both client and IBM requirements. • Handle HR Duties: Handle a wide range of HR duties, including recruitment, onboarding, coordination, scheduling, and analyst reporting, supporting the client's strategic goals and operations. • Provide Team Leadership: Act as a team lead, providing work direction, guiding employees on various processes, and acting as a point of escalation for team members. • Identify Process Improvements: Identify and implement process improvements to meet both client and IBM requirements, optimizing business process support and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise

• Exposure to HR/TA Processes: Familiarity with HR and Talent Acquisition processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and coordination. • Transaction Management Experience: Experience working with daily transactions related to Talent Acquisition processes and functions, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services. • Process Improvement Knowledge: Exposure to identifying and implementing process improvements to meet business requirements. • HR Duty Experience: Experience handling a range of HR duties, including recruitment, onboarding, coordination, scheduling, and analyst reporting. • Team Leadership Basics: Basic understanding of team leadership principles, including providing work direction and guiding employees on various processes.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Team Leadership Experience: Exposure to team leadership principles, including providing work direction and guiding employees on various processes, is beneficial for success in this role. • Advanced HR Knowledge: Familiarity with a range of HR duties, including recruitment, onboarding, coordination, scheduling, and analyst reporting, can be an asset in this position.
