Your role and responsibilities

As a Package Consultant for EA Business Transformation & Change, you will lead and deliver business transformation and change management initiatives for clients.

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead and deliver SAP initiatives for a critical client engagement. This role is responsible for managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of SAP solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP projects (implementation, rollout, or enhancements)

• Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources

• Coordinate across business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams

• Drive governance, status reporting, and executive communications

• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, methodologies (Activate/Agile/Waterfall), and quality standards

• Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies

• Oversee vendor and third-party coordination where applicable

• Support change management, user adoption, and training efforts

• Ensure successful project milestones and on-time delivery

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT project management with a strong focus on SAP

• Proven track record delivering SAP implementations or rollouts

• Experience managing multiple SAP modules (e.g., S/4HANA, FICO, MM, SD, etc.)

• Strong knowledge of SAP project methodologies (SAP Activate preferred)

• Experience working with global and cross-functional teams

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Fluent in Spanish and English

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA implementation experience

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification

• Experience in nearshore/offshore delivery models

• Industry experience relevant to client (manufacturing, retail, etc.)

Required education

• Business Transformation Expertise: Deep expertise in business transformation and change management, with experience in analyzing business processes to identify areas for improvement and developing solutions to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance business performance. • Strategic Development: Experience with developing strategies to drive transformation and change, working closely with clients to understand their business needs and objectives. • Solution Implementation: Experience in developing and implementing tailored business transformation and change management solutions to enable clients to achieve their business objectives. • Process Improvement: Experience in identifying opportunities to improve business processes and developing solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs. • Change Initiative Leadership: Experience in leading and delivering business transformation and change management initiatives that meet client needs and expectations.

8+ years of experience in IT project management with a strong focus on SAP

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Business Process Analysis: Deep expertise in analyzing business processes to identify areas for improvement, with the ability to develop solutions that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance business performance. • Strategic Change Development: Experience with developing strategies to drive transformation and change, working closely with clients to understand their business needs and objectives. • Solution Implementation Expertise: Experience in developing and implementing tailored business transformation and change management solutions to enable clients to achieve their business objectives.
