Your role and responsibilities

Packaged Solution Consultant, IBM Corporation, Armonk, NY and various unanticipated client sites throughout the US (Up to 40% telecommuting permitted):

  • Lead company and client project team through the design, implementation and deployment of SAP Ariba On-Demand solutions, both Upstream (Sourcing, Contracts) and Downstream (Procure to Pay, Invoicing, Ariba Procurement Content).
  • Design and implement customizations for SAP-Ariba (Guided Buying, P2P, Supplier Risk, SLP) and SAP S/4HANA applications.
  • Manage ALM, defect resolution, and system optimization.
  • Integrate Ariba with MDG-S, Fieldglass, Taulia, BI, Business Network, GTS, and analytics platforms.
  • Work with clients to optimize their procurement processes including direct/indirect procurement, invoice settlement, Supplier Management, and analytics.
  • Manage projects, resources, and stakeholders to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
  • Leverage Source to Pay process and Ariba applications knowledge to present Supply Chain solutions to clients at the client management level in order to transform client Supply Chains using Ariba applications.
  • Lead the configuration, testing and deployment of Ariba solutions.
  • Conduct and drive workshop session with clients for process design fixing, requirements review, system demonstrations document to be process flows as per the design and configuration details and prepare function specifications document.
  • Analyze FIT/GAP against the clients’ requirements and system functionalities and identify possible solutions/workarounds for gaps by working with SAP team.
  • Prepare test scripts, scenarios, steps, and conduct UAT sessions with clients.
  • Lead and carry out migration activities for system go live, provide extensive support for clients’ post go live through issues and bugs fixes, product enhancements.
  • Work on AI-driven procurement, data privacy, and cybersecurity in SAP environments.
  • Utilize SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba (including Ariba Buying/Invoicing and Ariba Guided Buying), endto- end SAP Ariba implementations, supply chain workflows (Supplier Lifecycle/Performance Management), data integration/analytics, project delivery knowledge, AI/Cybersecurity, Agile Practices.

Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or related and five (5) years of experience as a Solution Architect, SAP Consultant or related. Five (5) years of experience must include utilizing SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba (including Ariba Buying/Invoicing and Ariba Guided Buying), end-to-end SAP Ariba implementations, supply chain workflows (Supplier Lifecycle/Performance Management), data integration/analytics, project delivery knowledge, AI/Cybersecurity, Agile Practices. $189,592 - $195,592 per year. The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
