Le CTO (Chief Technology Officer) Office d'IBM Technology France pilote les initiatives techniques stratégiques de l'organisation : innovation, démonstrations technologiques, animation de la communauté technique, et excellence opérationnelle.

Au cœur de la stratégie technologique d'IBM en France (IA, données, hybrid cloud, quantique, infrastructure), le CTO Office est un point d'observation unique sur l'ensemble des technologies IBM et leur mise en œuvre chez nos clients et partenaires.

Nous recherchons un(e) apprenti(e) pour accompagner le CTO Office dans le pilotage et l'exécution de ces initiatives, au plus près de la direction technique.

Your role and responsibilities

En appui direct du CTO et de son équipe, vous contribuerez à faire fonctionner une organisation technique à l'échelle :

• Démonstrations technologiques : participer à la conception, la préparation et la réalisation de démonstrations (IA générative, agents, données, automatisation, hybrid cloud) pour des clients, partenaires et événements.

• Pilotage des initiatives : suivre l'avancement des initiatives techniques de l'organisation, coordonner les contributeurs, assurer le suivi des actions et des jalons.

• KPIs et reporting : construire et maintenir les tableaux de bord de l'organisation technique, analyser les indicateurs, préparer les revues de performance.

• Préparation de présentations : élaborer des supports à fort impact pour des comités de direction, événements clients, conférences et communications internes.

• Organisation et animation : contribuer à l'organisation d'événements techniques (séminaires, hackathons, communautés techniques) et à l'animation de l'écosystème des experts IBM.

• Veille technologique : assurer une veille sur les annonces et tendances (IA, quantique, infrastructure) et en produire des synthèses pour la direction.

Master's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise

Contrat d’apprentissage de 1 à 3 ans. Contrat de professionnalisation exclu.

Master 2 en Université ou grade de master en école d’ingénieur, en école de commerce avec forte appétence technologique, ou cursus universitaire équivalent.

•Intérêt marqué pour les technologies : IA, données, cloud, infrastructure. Une première expérience de développement ou de prototypage (Python, notebooks, APIs) est un plus.

•Excellentes capacités d'organisation, de synthèse et de communication écrite et orale.

•Français courant et anglais professionnel indispensables (environnement international).

•Curiosité, autonomie, rigueur et envie d'apprendre au contact d'une direction technique.
