Your role and responsibilities

The SAP Managing Consultant is a senior consulting and delivery leadership role responsible for end-to-end SAP program delivery, combining deep SAP functional knowledge with strong project and program management capabilities. This role leads large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives, manages complex stakeholder environments, and ensures delivery excellence across scope, timeline, budget, quality, and risk. The Managing Consultant acts as a trusted advisor to clients while mentoring SAP consultants and project managers across multiple engagements.

Key responsibilities:

  • Program & Project Management Leadership: You will lead end-to-end SAP programs and projects, including greenfield, brownfield, and rollout implementations. You will also own project governance, delivery methodology, and execution using SAP Activate, Agile, or Hybrid models. This includes managing project scope, schedule, budget, risks and dependencies across complex SAP landscapes.
  • SAP Delivery and Solutions oversight: You will provide leadership oversight across SAP modules. You will be ensuring alignment between business requirements, SAP solution design, and technical implementation.
  • Client & Stakeholder management: You will serve as the primary client interface for SAP delivery programs.
  • Business Development and Practice: You will support presales and solutioning activities, including estimations, delivery approach, and risk planning.
Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
  • Has at least 15 years of SAP experience with a strong background in consulting firms or system integrators. Has exposure as Project Manager, Program Manager, or Delivery lead
  • Proven track record managing large, complex SAP programs in enterprise environments
  • Strong experience in SAP project planning and execution, budget and financial management, risk and issue management, stakeholder and change management
  • Has experience with SAP S/4HANA (ECC to S/4HANA migration and/or S/4HANA greenfield
  • Strong executive communication and c-level stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred technical and professional experience
  • Has 5 years in a leadership or a managing consultant role
  • Has project management certifications will be an added value (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, SAP Activate Project Manager)
  • Possess any SAP certifications (S/4HANA, functional modules)
  • Experience supporting presales and account growth activities
