As a Strategy Consultant, you will work across individual unit segments to drive strategic initiatives and provide competitive intelligence. You will lead segments to create and update segment strategy content for various business purposes. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Drive CHQ Level Projects: Manage and execute CHQ level strategy projects, such as Spring Plan and Fall Plan, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.
• Provide Competitive Intelligence: Conduct portfolio analysis and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
• Lead Segment Strategy: Collaborate with segments to develop and update strategy content for use with M&A and other business unit purposes.
• Manage Team Priorities: Oversee the direction, priorities, and day-to-day work of the team to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Execute Cross-Unit Projects: Drive execution on CHQ and cross-unit projects, such as BoD presentation creation, and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Exposure to Strategic Planning: Experience working with strategic planning processes, including development and execution of business plans and projects.
• Portfolio Analysis Expertise: Exposure to conducting portfolio analysis and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
• Project Management Skills: Experience working with project management methodologies, including managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
• Team Leadership Experience: Exposure to leading teams, including overseeing direction, priorities, and day-to-day work to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with various stakeholders, including segments and business units, to drive strategic initiatives and projects.
• Strategic Planning Knowledge: Exposure to strategic planning processes, including development and execution of business plans and projects, is beneficial for this role.
• Advanced Portfolio Analysis: Experience with conducting in-depth portfolio analysis and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions is a plus.
• Cross-Functional Project Management: Exposure to managing multiple projects simultaneously across various stakeholders, including segments and business units, is desirable.

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
