Your role and responsibilities

As an OpenPages Technical Analyst supporting the Supplier Compliance Audit (SCA) solution, you will be responsible for the ongoing support, stability, and enhancement of a highly configurable, workflow-driven application.

You will work in a collaborative environment with business stakeholders to ensure the solution operates effectively and continues to meet audit and compliance needs.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Application Support & Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues across workflows, data, and security, ensuring minimal disruption to audit operations
  • Workflow & Configuration Support: Maintain and enhance OpenPages workflows and configurations to support audit processes, findings, and remediation tracking
  • Post-Go-Live Stabilization: Support the stabilization of the SCA solution following deployment, including defect resolution and performance tuning
  • User Access & Security Management: Manage user roles and access, including support for internal and external users (suppliers)
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the SCA Product Owner and stakeholders to understand priorities and deliver improvements
  • Data & Reporting Support: Assist with data validation, issue investigation, and reporting support to ensure accuracy and transparency in audit results

  • OpenPages Expertise: Strong experience with IBM OpenPages configuration, including workflows, data models, and application support
  • Workflow Troubleshooting: Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across workflows, data, and security
  • Configurable Application Support: Experience supporting highly configurable, workflow-driven enterprise applications
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to work directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions
  • Independent Execution: Ability to operate with minimal oversight and manage priorities effectively
Preferred technical and professional experience
  • Experience supporting audit, risk, or compliance solutions
  • Familiarity with integrations (e.g., data feeds, APIs, access management systems)
  • Experience supporting external user access models (e.g., suppliers or third parties)
  • Experience with reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Cognos)
  • Experience working in a collaborative or Agile environment
