Your role and responsibilities

As an Application Architect specializing in Connected Solutions and IoT, you design and architect solutions to manage data related to wireless communication and sensor equipment for the Internet of Things (IoT). You work with consultants to develop a technical roadmap for IoT that is aligned with business goals. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Develop Technical Roadmap: Create a technical roadmap for IoT that aligns with business goals, working closely with consultants to ensure effective solution delivery. • Design Solution Architecture: Design solution architecture and models for implementation by delivery and development teams, demonstrating expertise in IoT protocols and Hyperscaler platforms. • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with consultants and other stakeholders to ensure that IoT solutions meet business requirements and are effectively implemented. • Architect IoT Solutions: Design and architect solutions to manage data related to wireless communication and sensor equipment for the Internet of Things (IoT). • Implement IoT Platforms: Implement IoT platforms, such as Azure IoT Hub, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

• IoT Protocol Expertise: Experience with IoT protocols like MQTT, with the ability to design and implement solutions that effectively utilize these protocols. • Hyperscaler Platform Knowledge: Experience in Hyperscaler platforms, including Azure IoT Hub, with the ability to architect and implement solutions that integrate with these platforms. • Technical Roadmap Development: Experience developing technical roadmaps for IoT solutions that align with business goals, with the ability to work closely with consultants to ensure effective solution delivery. • Solution Architecture Design: Experience designing solution architecture and models for implementation by delivery and development teams, with expertise in IoT protocols and Hyperscaler platforms. • IoT Solution Implementation: Experience implementing IoT solutions, including architecting and designing solutions to manage data related to wireless communication and sensor equipment for the Internet of Things (IoT).

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Additional Hyperscaler Platform Knowledge: Experience with various Hyperscaler platforms beyond Azure IoT Hub is beneficial, allowing for more versatile solution architecture and implementation. • Broad IoT Protocol Familiarity: Familiarity with IoT protocols beyond MQTT, such as CoAP or LWM2M, can be advantageous in designing and implementing comprehensive IoT solutions. • Cloud-Based IoT Solutions: Experience with cloud-based IoT solutions and their integration with existing systems can be valuable in implementing scalable and efficient IoT platforms.
